How to Join the Pack at Pet Lodge & Spa of Reidville🐾
To ensure the safety, comfort, and happiness of every guest, all new clients must complete the following steps before booking lodging, daycare, or salon services:
1. Register on the homepage of our website and/or download the KennelBooker app using business code PLSQ.
2. Text or call for a meet and greet. This is a must for any new dog entering the lodge. Be sure that you have provided all immunizations.
3.Pre-lodging, we require a half-day of daycare (1 minimum). This helps your pet prepare for a successful overnight stay.
Lobby Hours
Monday through Friday from 7am-12pm and 2pm-6pm
(Please note that our lobby is closed from 12-2 weekdays!)
Saturday 8am-12pm. (lodging check in/out.)
Sunday 2-4pm (lodging check in and out only.)
No, someone is on the property with all of our lodgers at all times. The Lodge is a five thousand square foot building with owners' living quarters inside of the facility. We have visuals on all parts of the lodge. You can feel safe and assured that your pets have someone looking after their well-being!
