FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

• Register on the home page of our website or download kennel booker app on iOS and android devices and register on our app, current clients use the same credentials to log directly into your online account. New clients may use either the app or website to register. Using the same email ensures that you access the same information on your account. 
• Provide up to date immunizations. 

              We currently require DHPP, Rabies and Bordetella.                     

• Schedule a meet and greet before your first lodging visit. All of our lodgers must pass a temperament test before joining the lodge. A half day daycare is highly recommended to familiarize your dog and help prepare for a successful stay! 

We are open Monday through Friday from 7am-6pm. Saturday 8am-12pm. Sunday 10-2

We do offer after hours check in and out when available. (Fee applys.)

No, someone is on the property with all of our lodgers at all times. The Lodge is a five thousand square foot building with owners living quarters inside of the facility. We have visuals on all parts of the lodge.  You can feel safe and assured that your pets have someone looking after their well being 24/7!

No, at this time we choose not to have cameras for the public. This is for our personal privacy only. We will keep that in consideration for the future of the lodge. We do keep an open line of communication via text pupdates. Feel free to text the lodge phone and we will send pictures and videos to let you see all of the fun that your beloved pet is experiencing!
